About Our Owner
About Our Owner
James W. Washington is the president of Triad Intelligence Systems. He began his private detective career in 1974 in Dallas, Texas. After various professions along the way, he pursued his procession of choice: law enforcement. Triad Intelligence Systems began (on page) in March 1993. It was brought to the forefront in March 2001. This was when he officially opened his business.
In 1967, Mr. Washington graduated high school in Texas. He received his Associate in Science degrees in Forensic Science and Law Enforcement in April 1977 from Brookdale Community College in Lincroft, New Jersey.
In 1980, he obtained his Bachelor of Science in Criminology-Law Enforcement from California State University in Fresno, California. He then went on to receive his Master of Arts in Social Justice/Criminal Justice-Law Enforcement from the University of Illinois in 1982.
Mr. Washington went on to receive his Master of Arts in Intelligence Studies in 2013 from the American Military University, which is part of the American Public University System in Charles Town, West Virginia.

In 1979, while attending
California State University, working toward my bachelor’s degree, I did an internship with the Fresno County Sheriff Department Homicide Division as part of my course project. I went out on actual homicide cases, learning the ins and out of case processing photographs and other things. As part of my project, I had to put together the county sheriff department structure, my professor and attorney was Attorney Mardirosian. Specializing in Cold Cases hopefully could bring closure to families.

Adultery is a Class 1 felony in Wisconsin. Under §944.16 (2021) of the Wisconsin Statutes and Annotations, adultery is defined as:
“a married person having sexual intercourse with a person who is not the married person’s spouse, or a person who has sexual intercourse with someone who is married.”

This consists of an investigation, usually between two citizens. A civil trial isn’t the same as a criminal trial. Additionally, a civil matter between two individuals involves a dispute between the two regarding their rights as citizens.
Example:
An accident occurred, and a citizen files a claim against the other for damages. In a situation like this, the case is usually filed in a civil court. When an individual can’t afford an attorney, evidence makes a major difference. This is where the private investigators of Triad Intelligence Systems come in.

What Takes Place During the First Consultation
You will meet with our investigator to determine exactly how we can assist you and what is needed for your type of investigation. Our investigator will then go over the up-front retainer for services. If you agree, then a contract is signed. Your case begins with the signing of the contract.

Important Note
One of the most important things to remember is to NEVER let the person being investigated know that you hired our investigators. DO NOT, out of anger, say, “I’m going to get someone to watch you,” or, “I’m getting a private detective.”
When you do this, you’ll make it harder for our investigators to do their job. Now, the person you’ve hired our investigator to gather information from will be on high alert and watch out for us. As such, please keep calm and remain silent.
